What is Finda?

Finda is an innovative, community driven booking platform where professional models and creatives connect. Providing an alternative to the traditional model agency structure, Finda streamlines the booking process with secured payments, safe bookings and direct negotiation tools. Finda enables models to manage their own bookings and schedule while significantly cutting commission fees on both, client and model.

What is Finda community?

Community is at the core of Finda’s values. We organise monthly FindaVoice events which are hosted for our model community providing it with a safe space to share experiences, discuss relevant topics and have fun. On the client side we bring together industry leaders who are passionate about raising ethical standards through our Founding Member Programme.

What can brands do at finda.co now?

The platform allows bookings only for verified users. If you struggle to make a booking, please contact us at support@finda.co, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What can models do at finda.co now?

Signed up & verified models will be visible to clients and may receive booking request. They will also be eligible to attend our monthly workshops and events.

Who can access Finda?

Only verified clients are able to discover models at Finda. In order to become an verified client, you must work in a Fashion, Marketing, Advertising or the creative industry. All Finda clients go through the verification process where identification is provided and backgrounds checked as we are committed to safety and quality.

To become a model at Finda, you need to register your application at finda.co. Please make sure to upload your portfolio and polaroids in order to get verified. As a minimum requirement, you need to have professional modelling experience, be over 18 years old and active on social media.

We aim to keep our community diverse and engaging, while keeping our quality standards high. Therefore waiting times for the applications may vary.

What commission does Finda charge?

Finda takes 10% from the Client & 10% from the Model side.

2. Security

What system-level security measures does Finda website provide?

Finda has multiple layers of state-of-the-art technology in place to protect sensitive information. Please note that Finda does not store any credit card information.

What do I do if an emergency should arise?

If you are in immediate danger, call 999. Otherwise, contact us at support@finda.co.

How do I report or file a complaint?

If you have concerns, please flag them with us at support@finda.co. We take your concerns very seriously and will always listen to any problem that you may have.

How do I protect the security of my Finda account?

Make sure to use a strong password or passphrase, never share your password with anyone and beware of phishing attempts.

Password/Passphrase Guidelines

We recommend you use a strong password or passphrase. Strong passwords use a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation marks. Finda requires that user passwords are between 6 and 255 characters long. Finda also supports passphrases (sentences with spaces) in place of passwords.

Information for models

I was referred by a friend - what do I do?

If you have received a referral code from a friend, please don't forget to enter it when you sign up to Finda. We trust our existing members and therefore make our decisions regarding their referred friends quicker. However, you still have to fill out all the required information so we can review your profile as soon as possible.

My profile at Finda has not been verified yet. Is there a way to speed it up?

Due to the large number of applications, it may take some time to review your profile. To assist us and speed up the process, please ensure your profile is up to date with all relevant information, ID, portfolio and polaroid images.

Who can see my profile at Finda website?

Only Finda and verified Clients can see your profile.

When will I get paid?

You will be paid to your bank account as soon as possible, with our aim being the day after your shoot. However due to processing times this may take up to 30 days.

Who are the models?

Our models represent a diverse, high quality standard of talent. They are all verified by our team to ensure they are professional, with experience, social media presence and personality.

What are the available payment options?

  1. Upfront payment - Available to all Finda clients. We accept all the common payment cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Once a booking is finalised , the payment will be taken and held in the Finda client account. Once the job has been completed, disbursements (payments to models or refunds to you) will be made automatically.
  2. Payment by invoice. We will send you an invoice under our standard payment terms. If you choose to pay using this option, you will be issued a letter of agreement outlining the details of our service and the payment process. Please note this payment option is only available to clients by prior agreement with Finda.
